General Terms and Conditions of Guidedtours-in-Amsterdam

All requests and reservations will be confirmed and replied by email to our customers.

The number of participants, both more or less than the earlier specified number can be altered up to 2 days prior to the tour or excursion. The total price will be confirmed and an invoice will be sent to the customer.

Minimum number of participants is 8 people. In case of a smaller number of 8 participants we will invoice you for the fixed guide service of 180 euro per tour including Tax/Vat.

For all our tours the maximum of participants per guide is 20 persons. in case of >20 another guide will be contracted in agreement with the customer.

In case of cancellation of a tour by the customer from 5 days to 48 hours prior to a tour 50% of the total amount will be charged by invoice and already made expenses to third parties will be charged for 100%.

In case of cancellation of a tour by the customer from 48 hours to the moment of the actual tour and in case of no-show the total amount will be paid for as mentioned in the confirmation email and an invoice will be sent to the customer. Already made expenses to third parties will also be charged for 100%.

Invoices will have to be paid for within 21 days after invoice date.In case of late paymant or no paymant we will ask our collection agency to take care of the claim. all costs made will be charged to the customer.

Invoices will be sent by email. If customer prefers a paper invoice by mail we will charge an extra of 2,50 euro for national mail or 5 euro for international mail.

Participation in all our tours is at own risk.

Bad weather circumstances are no reason for cancellation of a tour.

We exclusively contract guides that are professionals.

You can ask us for a guide that will speak your language.
